Q. Do the prices shown include Set Up and Delivery?
A. The prices online include all charges excluding VAT. Free delivery is based on up to 7 working days, but faster options are available. Faster options include Next Day Service 3 working days.
Q. How do I send/upload artwork?
A. Simply select ‘Upload Logo’ or ‘Upload Logo & Text’. An upload field will then appear. Simply select the artwork from your local files and we’ll take care of the rest. Artwork guidelines for each pen are available on the ‘Artwork’ tab above the ordering panel on each product.
Q. How long will my order take?
A. Many of our products are available from next working day. All our products come with free shipping but please allow up to 7 working days for this option.
Q. What is a screen charge?
A. This is cost for making the tool to print the ordered items with your artwork. At Premier Print UK we do not generally make a charge for this unlike many of our competitors. The only time we charge for screens, is if you notice a mistake on your artwork, or request a change, after your screen has been produced.
Q. Can we print a company Pantone colour ?
A. Yes certainly, however there is a small charge for this – please contact us for a bespoke quote.
Q. Will I get an artwork proof before you print my order?
A. If you require a proof please ask for one when making the order in the ‘Additional Notes’ section at the bottom of the order form on the product page . We will send a digital proof prior to printing (please note lead times are then from artwork approval and not order date).
Q. What artwork files do you accept?
A. The artwork file types we accept, will vary depending on the number of imprint colours, and the pen type. Please click the ‘Artwork’ tab on the product page of your chosen pen.
Q.What are business days?
A. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Q. Can we talk with someone if I don’t see all the information I need online?
A. Yes of course, just call us on 01254 271857, we’re open 9am till 9pm, 7 days a week.

A. Yes, please let us know what item you are looking for and we will endeavour to source it for you.
Q. Can we see samples before we buy?
A. Yes! The samples will not be personalised to you and are returnable within 30 days unless we specify otherwise
